Happy Chinese New Year and Happy Valentine's Day! :D

Didn't go out today cause Ipul's on night shift. Soooo, not contented that I didn't get to go out with him today, I made a special delivery to his house. I specially delivered the cupcakes personally that I baked for him right to his void-deck. Haha.

Baked the cupcakes on Friday night. Yes, AT NIGHT. Rushed home from school and immediately start on baking the cupcakes. Made 3 types - Choc Chips, Chocolate and Red Velvet. And you know what time I end all the baking? At 2am. -.- PENAT.

Supposedly to be baking at Lisa's house yesterday since she's also planning to give cupcakes to her BF, but I had to worked from 8:30am to 6pm at IR. :( Sooooo, I brought forward my plan to bake the cupcakes on Friday instead. Penat tu, penat jugak uhh but, I'm determined to surprise him with the goodies. :)

After I finished baking the cupcakes on Friday, there was still frosting that needs to be done. Did it on Sunday instead. Woke up around 10 plus and began to work on the frosting. Planned to do 2 frostings - buttercream and chocolate frosting but the buttercream's recipe wasn't successful AT ALL and it got me really frustrated. Did the chocolate frosting and piped them to the cupcakes quickly cause I was running out of time.

Ipul's on night shift so he had to leave his house by 5:30pm. And by the time I finished piping all the cupcakes, it was close to 5pm. At 5:30pm, I was still waiting for the train to Woodlands. So, I had no choice but to sms him this, "Beee, takmo klua dulu. Wait till I msg. Don't ask why. Don't call." This wasn't part of my surprise. But I just had to do it cause I was totally out of time. :(

Finally managed to reach his void deck at 5:45pm. Told him that he can leave the house already and I waited. And surprise surprise! Haha. Sooo, he took the lift back up and put the cupcakes in the fridge. After that, sent him to work. :)

Actually I had 2 plans in mind - to send the cupcakes to his work place or to his house. But I choose to deliver the cupcakes to his house so that he can keep it in the fridge and that the frosting won't melt.
